From the mountain to the algorithm. I've spent 15+ years understanding how people think — now I'm building the systems that think alongside them.
My journey began in sales, where I spent more than fifteen years understanding people, pressure, and decision-making. Sales taught me discipline, patience, and the reality that growth doesn't come from motivation — it comes from consistency.
Today, I head business operations at JD Fusion — a call center in Dehradun handling inbound used auto parts sales for the US market. I manage sales teams across multiple locations, build operational systems, and obsess over the details that separate functional processes from high-performing ones.
Beyond operations, I'm building with AI through Botgorithm, creating a SaaS product (Bills Daddy), developing an EdTech platform (Testorithm), and running a travel content brand (Tomorrow's Trip). I work night shifts, drive everywhere, and let the road reset my thinking whenever the screen gets too loud.

Learning and building with AI through Botgorithm — exploring automation, workflows, and intelligent systems. From n8n automations to AI agents, building tools that work while you sleep.
Building products that solve real problems — Bills Daddy for expense management, Testorithm for test prep, TestATool for daily utility tools. Ship fast, iterate faster.
Cross-team sales analysis, building dashboards, tracking conversions, and systemizing operations across multiple call center locations.
Experimenting with Claude, n8n, and Vapi to build AI-driven workflows for lead management, automated reporting, and voice-powered sales tools.
Actively building and deploying Bills Daddy (SaaS), Testorithm (EdTech), TestATool.com (utility tools), and Tomorrow's Trip (social travel).
Working 7 PM–4 AM IST, Monday through Friday. Synced with US market hours, fueled by focus and a quiet Dehradun night.
Driving across Uttarakhand whenever the screen gets too loud. The road is my reset button — no flights, just highways and thinking time.
Sharing what I learn about AI, automation, and systems thinking — openly, through @DoReactNow and Botgorithm. Build in public, learn in public.
From AI tools to SaaS products to travel platforms — here's what keeps me up at night (literally).

Led and managed sales teams across multiple organizations, building repeatable processes and coaching individuals in communication, discipline, and high-pressure performance. Developed deep understanding of human behavior under pressure — how people decide, hesitate, and commit. These years taught me that consistency outperforms motivation, and that great teams are built on systems, not just talent. The foundation for everything I build today was laid during this period.
Built the fundamentals of selling, negotiation, cold calling, and resilience from the ground up. Learned how to handle rejection, read people, and stay consistent when results were slow. These foundational years shaped the work ethic, patience, and long-term approach to growth that still anchor every decision I make today. Started from zero — no shortcuts, no network, just discipline and reps.
