2019 — Present

Business Head & Builder

JD Fusion · Botgorithm · Testorithm · Hustle Forever

Business Head at JD Fusion, managing call center operations for the US auto parts market. Leading sales teams across multiple locations, building dashboards for performance tracking. Simultaneously building Botgorithm (AI agents), Testorithm (EdTech), Hustle Forever (accountability platform), and Tomorrow's Trip (travel). Working night shifts, operating solo, scaling with systems.

The Pivot

Transitioning from training manual call teams to implementing AI tools and automation to scale operations.

Core Lesson

Hiring headcount solves capacity, but building automated logic solves scalability. Leverage automation so systems run while you sleep.

2013 — 2019

Sales Leader & Coach

Multiple Organizations

Led and managed sales teams across multiple organizations, building structured processes and coaching individuals in communication, discipline, and performance. Developed deep understanding of how people behave under pressure — how they decide, hesitate, and commit. These years proved that consistency outperforms motivation.

The Pivot

Shifting from individual contribution to institutionalizing sales training playbooks and team operations.

Core Lesson

Motivation is a spark, but systems are the engine. A team executing a mediocre plan consistently will crush an inconsistent team with a brilliant plan.

2008 — 2013

Sales Executive

Foundational Years

Built the fundamentals of selling, negotiation, cold calling, and resilience from the ground up. Learned how to handle rejection, read people, and stay consistent when results were slow. Started from zero — no shortcuts, no network, just discipline and reps.

The Pivot

Committing fully to the numbers game of sales and learning cold calling mechanics under rejection pressure.

Core Lesson

Rejection is just metadata. Each "no" contains signals on scripts, timing, and customer profile. Discard emotion, process the data.

Why @DoReactNow.

For years, I was the guy who had the plan but never started. The idea notebook was full. The execution was empty.

Procrastination wasn't just a habit — it was costing me everything. One day, the math became too obvious to ignore. The gap between where I was and where I wanted to be wasn't talent or luck — it was action.

So I made a decision. No more waiting. Do. React. Now. It became my username, my reminder, and eventually my identity. Not a motivational quote — a daily instruction to myself.
