Call center operation based in Dehradun, handling inbound sales of used auto parts (engines, transmissions, and related components) for the US market. Managing sales teams across multiple locations, building vendor relationships, tracking conversion performance, and systemizing operations for scale.

The Problem
Manual lead follow-up delays, static script limitations, and expensive call center operations were keeping conversion metrics stagnant at small business operations.
The Idea
A self-healing automated system combining webhook listeners, n8n databases, and phone-capable voice agents responding to sales inquiry events within seconds.
The Solution
Designed automated workflows that connect incoming sales forms with CRM databases, query agent calendars, and route lead details seamlessly to voice agents.
Challenges & Details
Handling prompt drift and latency in voice call setup. Resolved by restructuring prompt layers and caching DB lookups to lower Time-To-First-Byte (TTFB) to 200ms.
